We came home from Finland, with the First Price in the bus. We struggled a lot on Friday and Saturday. But suddenly on the last pass at saturday we manage to run 6,9 sek, and we ended as no.4 qulifier.
At Sunday we should race against Günter Sohn from Germany, but he had some problems at the start line, so we got a buy run. Time was 6,78 sek, and the engine was nearly OK. We missed just 4 push rods.... !!!
After a couple of hours and a lots of jobb, we was ready to meet Lorenz Staüble in the semi-finals. We know that this would be tuff. But after a side by side run, we won witk 6,75 against Lorenz 6,76. That what we call a cloce race. :-)
In the Finals it was now 2 from Hawgs MC; Sevein Olav and Hans Olav. We beat Hans Olav with this numbers:
