The quartefinals where skipped due to only 4 bikes left and it became the semi-finals insted. Svein Olav defeted Jan Sturla with a winning time at 7.36.
Jan Sturla lost with a 7.62
We are now in the final and will meet Trond Høyberget, the defending champion.

Jan Sturla did his first run after the accident on friday. He did a run against Svein Olav.
Jan Sturla`s time: 8.09
Svein Olav`s time: 8.50
We are now waiting for the quarterfinals where both the riders will participiate.

This means we are number 2 and 3 into the finals!

Svein Olav made a 7.13 run and we are pretty happy about both the driver and the bike`s performance.
This means that Rolfstad Pro Dragracing got both the first and second best qualification time at this moment. There wil be one more qual to day hopefully.

Jan Sturla is now present with his team after a long night and day at the hospital. He is in ok condition and will be driving in the finals tommorrow!

Something went wrong with Svein Olav`s bike. Right after the start line it just died out. The crew is working hard to find out what strange ghosts lives in his bike for the moment. Overall it was a poor qualify for all the super twin teams as just one completed 402 meters. We are still awaiting Jan Sturla`s comback from the hospital. He is in fine condition, only beaten badly. Hopefully he will get on his bike and drive the finals tommorrow.

Our young rider Jan Sturla runs an amazing 7.05 but after the finish line his breakhandel breaks in two and he suffer an accident. For the time being he is at hospital but his condition is quiet well considering the speed at impact with the tarmac.
Hopefully he will arrive at the track tommorrow to be with his team the rest of the weekend.
He is now number one in qualification but........

Svein Olav`s run was: 7.54 and the bike is in one piece.

The weather is perfect here at Gardermoen Raceway, and we have just finished 1 qualification.
Svein Olav: 7.54/297 km/h and nr 4.
Jan Sturla: 7.63/226 km/h and nr 5.

Jan Sturla`s bike suffer from a small breakdown and we are not sure at time being wether he will be able to continue.

Svein Olav`s bike is in one piece, and just needs a service and tune for the next round.

Jan Stura could not start due to engine damage and is out. Svein Olav meet Lorenz Stauble and had to shut down at 200 metres with some problems. His runtime was a losing 8.05

We are extremly proud of what Jan Sturla achived this weekend and we are coming back stronger than ever at Gardermoen next weekend.

Both riders are in the quarterfinals. Jan Sturla as nr 5 and Svein Olav as nr 8!!!
Jan Sturla improved his time with a 7.38 run.
There wont be any more runs today.
We will now do what we can to make the bikes as good as possible for tommorrows finals.

Jan Sturla made a great 7.42 run and is nr 5 in qualifing!!!!
Svein Olav made a safe pass at 7.68 and is nr 8.
This is very promising and we hope to get 2 more passes to day.

Spring Nats 2010 at Gardermoen in Norway

This weekend Rolfstad Pro Dragracing attended at the Spring Nats 2010 at Gardermoen in Norway. We are proud to announce that Jan Sturla Hegre passed his licens run and he is now the youngest Super Twin rider in the world! At his first run as a licensed rider he pulled a 7.832 on the 1/4 mile.

Our main goal this weekend was a test and tune in front of the event at Santa Pod the 28th of may. Svein Olav Rolfstad ended Spring Nats with a blow-out, but pulled a safe 7.1 run in one of his test runs. The bike suffer from some miner technical ignition-demons but Svein Olav and his crew is confident they will manage to solve this before we travel to England.

Spring meet in Bergen

Rolfstad Pro Dragracing was the main attraction at the MC spring meet in Bergen this weekend. This was the first display of our newly designed bikes. The crowd loved every bit of it and when we finaly fired up the bikes the smell of nitro made the sun shine in Bergen. Big thanks too Rolling Thunder MC, the host, for making this possible!

The smallest bike and the biggest one. Maybe this girl one day will be the star in Rolfstad Pro Dragracing.

As you can see on the pictures the old bike is getting pretty cool! Imagine two of these wild red roosters chasing down the track.
